Ordered items are handed over to our delivery service provider on the same or the next business day after your order is received, depending on when it is placed. No goods are handed over to our shipping partners on Sundays or public holidays. Delivery within Germany usually takes about 1 to 4 business days. For deliveries to addresses outside of Germany, the delivery time is longer depending on the region.
Your order will take 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Good to know: Within Germany, we ship with DHL, Deutsche Post, and Pin AG. Deliveries outside of Germany are handled by other international companies. If your order was shipped via DHL as a parcel, you received a tracking ID in your shipping confirmation, which you can use to track your shipment. You can also view this tracking ID in your customer account's order history.
It's very simple! You can redeem your medimops voucher directly in your shopping cart. In the shopping cart window, you'll find the link "Voucher available?" in the bottom right corner. Clicking this link will open a field where you can enter the corresponding code.
Please note that the welcome voucher for subscribing to the momoxbooks newsletter is only valid once. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter and then resubscribe later, no further voucher code will be issued. You can find more information about our voucher terms and conditions.
Due to the large number of unique items we offer, it's not possible to provide further details about their condition or additional photos. We use sample images and standard details. If you have any questions about our condition descriptions, you can find all the essential information here.
If you still require more information about an item, we recommend conducting your own research. Simply enter the ISBN of the book or the EAN of the data carrier into a search engine. Please note that our customer support team has no further information about the items beyond what you see in the shop.
We do everything we can to fully comply with our strict quality guidelines. Unfortunately, in rare cases, we may overlook a defective item or accidentally send the wrong item. If you receive an item that does not match the condition description, or is defective, incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, please return it to us immediately. We apologize for the error and will promptly refund the purchase price. Return shipping is, of course, free of charge. Please note that exchanges are not possible for technical reasons.
