Our quality team takes the inspections of all purchased items very seriously. These inspections are based on strict quality guidelines that our colleagues follow with the utmost care. It is no different for the momox books employees who prepare your order for you. They also ensure that you always receive the right item in the right condition.
Similar to the large range on offer on momox books, the information about the condition descriptions can also be very detailed. We have therefore summarised our quality guidelines for you in a compact way, so that you can see at one glance - or maybe two - what charming, small flaws your new medium might have!

No matter what condition the item you are interested in is in, every product on momox books has been thoroughly checked by hand and can be used without any restrictions. Books are always completely readable. Media such as CDs and DVDs can be played without any problems. Software and games can be used to their full extent.
Items in new condition are brand new. You are therefore buying a first hand product in a second hand shop. When it comes to books, this means they are exclusively fresh editions from the publisher, delivered to you directly from our distribution partners.
Items described as Like New are in impeccable condition. Your book will have no creases, and all other media will be free from damage or dirt. Your new book might even be unread.

These items are unused and in perfect condition. If the manufacturer originally packaged them in shrink-wrap, they will still be shrink-wrapped.
Software, Console, and PC Games
These items are unused and in perfect condition. If the manufacturer originally packaged them in shrink-wrap, they will still be shrink-wrapped.
Items described as Very Good show minimal signs of use. Book pages have no markings, accessories are intact, and all other media are in well-maintained condition.

The media, original packaging, and any included accessories or manuals are intact, complete, and fully functional.
