Dan Grand Master Hirokazu Kanazawa was born in 1931 in Iwate (Japan). Already in early years he was interested in various martial arts. As a student of Takushoku University, he became students of Masatoshi Nakayama and founder of Shotokan Karate Gichin Funakoshi. Since this time he has remained faithful to the Shotokan Karate and holds Karate-Do teachings all over the world. In 1978, Kancho Kanazawa founded the World Association SKIF (Shotokan Karate International Federation). In 2002, the 10th Dan was awarded in the Shotokan Karate. Learn the battle techniques of Shotokan Karate on this DVD. At the beginning, you will see clippings of Hirokazu Kanazawa demonstrations and his students.
