This DVD shows Ju-Jitsu defence techniques, starting from Judo techniques, which are sometimes adapted and modified, to terminations on the ground derived from the efficient methods of the Sambo. You will also find a selection of new techniques on this DVD (which can be applied according to the rules of the Judo, the Fighting System or the Sambo) explained in detail. This allows you to practice the techniques to then apply them in competition. The DVD offers competition fighters, as well as all levels, efficient solutions to master the opponent (with throws, ankle levers, subjects, etc.). Marc Brémart has been doing martial arts for 35 years. He has the black belt 6th dan, is a specialist of Ju-Jitsu and has the Sambo thanks to Hervé Gheldman (8th after). This has allowed him to develop techniques derived from various disciplines he exerted and thus create efficient surprises for the battle. At the age of 46, Marc Brémart has won international titles in Sambo Elites-Masters fighting after he has not been competitive for almost 15 years. He has a club in Vevey, on the lake of Léman in Switzerland where he teaches Ju-Jitsu, Sambo and Nunchaku.
