Raul Camara Zavala took some b/w images of the Mayan ruins about 1932, these are presented alongside modern-day colour images of the identical view. The principal difference being that a massive archaeological `rebuild' has occurred within the ruins. One gets to see a refined archaeological picture of these magnificent structures. Learn about: Casa de las Tortugas, Nuns' Quadrangle, the ball court, and the Castle at Chichen Itza - among others. Cond : Boards are green with white lettering. End-papers are grey.
