Description
In this collection of classic shorts Laurel and Hardy are shown both breaking the law and upholding it. A criminal is set on breaking out and taking revenge in *'Going Bye-Bye!' after being brought to justice by Stan and Ollie. *'Do Detective's Think' sees Stan and Ollie guarding someone against a criminal and in *'Habeas Corpus',* Stan and Ollie are grave robbers on the run from a detective. A runaway goat is the main concern in *'Angora Love' and in *'Bacon Grabbers' Stan and Ollie are the sherrif's men doing their best to serve a summons order. In *'Midnight Patrol' the pair sign up to become policemen but in *'Liberty' they play escaped convicts. *'Wrong Again' includes comedy capers such as Stan and Ollie managing to put a horse on a piano and concludes with one of the best-remembered scenes from the duo's extensive repertoire.
