President Obama's speeches had been very phenomenal and numerous linguistic researches had been made on them. Analyzing data selected from Cairo (2009), Berlin (2013), and Havana (2016) speeches, this research was addressed to answer three questions. They were (1) How are PO's attitudes and beliefs concerning extremism, democracy, nuclear weapons, and other issues discursively structured in terms of CDA?, (2) How do PO-on behalf of the American people-discursively negotiate his modes of action in the three speeches in terms of the FDS?, and (3) How do PO's attitudes, beliefs, and modes of actions concerning extremism, democracy, nuclear weapons, and other issues in the three speeches reflect his (American) ideology in terms of CDA.
