Painting, ink drawings, calligraphic works, sculptures, installations and videos present a comprehensive overview of recent Chinese art. The number 8 which appears in the title of this large-scale exhibition project refers not only to the eight participating museums, but also to the important "lucky number", with which the Chinese associate imminent wealth.
