Through his Dad's example and his own extensive study of nutrition (starting at age 9), Scott found the ancient secrets to Vibrant Health. Scott pursued and received a degree in Chemistry, a bachelor's degree in nutrition, and a Master's in Oriental Medicine. He outlines in this book the impact his father and grandfather had on his healing journey, and how changing your mindset will ultimately change your life.

Scott's unique compilation of 45 years in nutritional research, combined with 26 years of clinical practice helping 1000's of patients overcome very difficult and complex conditions as he himself overcame.

It highlights the difference between ancient medicine and modern medicine, and the origins of the human body and its ability to heal naturally using food as medicine, and changes in lifestyle.
