It is expected of employees to improve in their service delivery occasioned by new demands and expectations from the customers hence the need to embrace Proactive Work Behavior as one of the ways that can be used to enhance performance in Organizations. Proactive competitive posture has to do with how a firm anticipates and acts on future needs, by seeking new opportunities and way of work.
