Cherchant à dépasser les éternels clichés sur cette ville, pour se concentrer sur son fleuve, la Seine, et la variation des ambiances, le photographe Philippe Saharoff capte à l'aube ou au crépuscule l'instant magique où Paris se sublime, proposant des instantanés inédits, des lumières exceptionnelles. Faisant varier ses magnifiques compositions en fonction du positionnement du soleil et de la lune, il porte ainsi un oeil singulier sur la Ville lumière.
