Abul Qasim Mir Yusuf Ali Khan Salar Jung-III awarded the title of "Salar Jung" by Mir Osmana Ali Khan Nizam-VII at 13 years old in a Durbar at Chowmahalla Palace, Hyderabad, India. Nizam-VII appointed him as Prime Minister at the age 24 years (on July 11th 1912), amid his short residency, he established Archeology Department, enhanced water system offices, institutionalized weights and measures, set up new industries like Textiles, Oil and Cement and energized training and so on, moreover, being an incredible gatherer of Antiques, he patronized Writers and Artists and energized abstract and social exercises. Over 40 years he gave his life for enhancing his fortunes of workmanship, writing and philanthropy. Nawab Sahib's way of life influenced both honorable and average folks of Hyderabad. He died on 2nd March 1949 on at 60 years old. Nawab Sahib's motto was "My Trust is in God"
