Hikaru is a 17-year-old high school student who has inherited the apartment complex Minamoto Heights. Driven by a need to complete what was left unfinished, she is joined by Tsuna, a freelance writer. Together they meet Urabe, a fortuneteller, and Sadamitsu, a questionable manager of women who has taken in the orphan Kintaro.
