le meinen, d die philippinische Küche nicht so besonders ist, das kommt daher, d das Essen in den Touristengebieten von der amerikanischen und spanischen Küche beeinflusst wird. Auf den Philippinischen Inseln bekommt man sehr schmackhafte Gerichte, wie zum Beispiel Sinigang (Suppe, die etwas säuerlich schmeckt) in verschiedenen Varianten, Bikol Express (sehr scharfes Gemüsegericht) oder Paksiw na isda (Fisch mit Kokosnuss und Knoblauch) u.v.m. Man sollte sich nur trauen die Gerichte zu probieren.
