0 - Default Title
Description
One of the important aims of education reform is to enhance students` ability in learning to learn. In order to attain this goal, teachers are needed to teach students both knowledge and required skills. In turn students need to reserve the taught knowledge and skills which will help them become capable lifelong learners. Learning to learn is the ability to strive and endure in learning to adjust one`s learning process through effective management of time and information. This process is related to the theory of self-regulated learning. Of course, much recent debates has centered on students` conceptions of learning, which is believed to be influenced by their competencies, past experiences, expectations and beliefs about the level of perceived control they can perform about learning. This sense of personal control over the educational process is known as locus of control (LOC). Accordingly, in this book it is tried to introduce a new innovative way to teachers in teaching reading comprehension to EFL learners in teaching English as a second/ foreign language with any native language background.
