The song that really started the emotional rollercoaster on its journey was To You I Bestow which revs it up while the blistering version of Gin & Tonic Sky included here still sounds as powerful as ever after all these years. And no live Mundy album would be complete without the tune that has singlehandedly soundtracked summer in Ireland over the last number of years, the mighty July . Slipped in right at the end is Steve Earle s Galway Girl where he s joined by Sharon Shannon who played on the original version on Earle s Transcendental Blues album.
