Mick Wilson has been lead vocalist with 10cc for the past eight years - currently on a 33-date UK tour. Together with 10cc founder member Graham Gouldman, he has now written and produced his debut solo album, featuring lead single Never Ending Summer An extremely commercial album, with a stream of strong airplay-friendly tracks, co-written and co-produced by Mick Wilson and Graham Gouldman. Also a guitarist and keyboard player, Mick has performed and recorded with numerous artists, including Lionel Richie, Cher and Kylie Minogue. He is also a regular member of The SAS Band, which plays all over the world wih guest artists including Brian May, Roger Taylor and Roger Daltrey. Last year he featured as one of the guest vocalists on a series of concerts across Spain with a 40-piece symphony orchestra and rock band, playing the music of Queen. Among other musicians on So The Story Goes are former Shadows drummer Brian Bennett (on the Eddie Cochran-inspired Take Me Dancing) and longtime 10cc guitarist Rick Fenn. It Aint Braggin If Its True is reminiscent of vintage Seventies 10cc. Airplay is being targetted at BBC Radio 2 initially.
