Monocrystals grow problems solving in microgravity

0 - Default Title
Description
Authors proposed a solution to the problem of the friability of the molten crystalline solution in the space due to the presence of gas inclusions through the targeted use of controlled vertical vibration to draw gas inclusions from the molten crystalline solution to the bottom of a specially designed device, using a theoretically studied and practically applied vibroturbulization process. Authors proposed a solution to the problem of the emergence of new opportunities for non-gravitational convective processes - Marangoni convection - as well as (in the presence of residual gravity) small thermogravitational processes in the space, which prevent the production of perfectly homogeneous crystal, using controlled vertical vibration of the molten crystalline solution to uniformly mix the top layer (especially the seed zone) and the sides of the single crystal growth device using the same vibroturbulization process.
