An ever-increasing number of researchers are investigating the reasons for this slow advancement of women in management as well as the growing phenomenon of female entrepreneurship. both men and women now recognize gender diversity as a performance driver, while also showing that actual implementation of gender diversity measures in corporations remains limited.
