LINEA IN ASSOCIATION WITH ONE STEP RECORDS AND MAD BUTCHER RECORDS FOR THE NEW ALBUM "REVOLUZIONADO" One Step Records (Italy) and Mad Butcher Records (Germany) are pleased to announce the collaboration w ith LINEA, Italian old school combat-rock band, for “REVOLUZIONADO”’s release and the distribution, the new album. The collective of the LINEA, best definition for a band composed by friendly idealists, gotten passionate cultural-musical activists, has born in 1989 and moves its first steps in the suburbs of Milan on the base of common and shared experiences. All the musicians which during these years have been alternated in the LINEA line-up have got ahead the plan in tune with the original idea, creating a powerful rich musical mixture of contaminations that still today marks the way. The sound of the band drift, in fact, from deep cultural and musical roots that start from punk-rock but that they reach also elements from new wave, reggae, dub, hardcore and all that music and culture of road that pulsates, giving energy and oxygen. In 2012 LINEA reconfirms their nature and returns with “REVOLUZIONADO”, the new album containing 10 tracks of anger and hope, a real look to these dark years from who observes them “from the inside” living them. In “REVOLUZIONANDO” the band arranges all in the only possible and accessible expressive weapon they have: an explosive mix of combat-rock. “REVOLUZIONADO” includes the precious featurings of KENTO, militant Italian rapper and RODDY MORENO of THE OPPRESSED, two brothers met on the road and with which they have the intent to share apparently different musical worlds, but moved by many common ideals. The album represents the fourth act for the band after “In cammino” (2000 - Iktius Records), “Frontiera” (2004 - Casbah Records) and “Terra Libera” (2008 - Business Company Low-costs).
