Liguarani brings to life the folk culture and traditions of the region of Liguria in Italy With this they combine Celtic influences and French waltzes, brought across the sea through the port of Genoa, as well as music from other parts of Italy such as Piedmont. The musicians involved in the project Liguriani are important artists in the traditional Italian music panorama and are accomplished instrumentalists performing on the bagpipes, accordion, mandolin, violin, guitar and flute. Between them they have several years of television, radio and studio recording experience and have toured throughout Europe including England, Scotland and Ireland. Personnel: Fabio Rinaudo (bagpipes), Fabio Biale (violin, vocals), Filippo Gambetta (accordion, mandolin), Michel Balatti (flute), Claudio De Angeli (guitar)
