The story begins with solving a crime that could incite another pivotal war, although this time with terrorists. The story involves a young woman who has a vested interest in the Civil War battle fought in Normandy waters. We are later introduced to an adept CIA operative who is brought in to solve the crime and prevent another tragedy in Normandy.
