0 - Default Title
Description
AirCad is a real-time mid-air sketching system designed to enable natural, contactless drawing through multi-sensor fusion and intelligent signal processing. Unlike conventional touch-based or surface-dependent input systems, AirCad allows users to freely draw in three-dimensional space using hand gestures, which are mapped into two-dimensional digital sketches with real- time visual feedback. This approach enhances user interaction by eliminating physical constraints and expanding creative freedom. The system is suitable for applications in digital art, virtual interaction, human-computer interfaces, and assistive technologies. The project establishes a low-cost, scalable, and hardware-efficient approach for mid-air sketching systems and paves the way for further research in immersive and contactless human-machine interaction.
