Description
have tried to be fully aware ofthe legacy that we carry of poetryon the page, by being aware ofstyle and form all the time, especially when trying to makelanguage do new things. In what Icall psycho-narration, I try to writebeyond the understanding thatthe 'inside of one's head' and 'theobjective world' are really distinctworlds. This is a form I havegrown to love more since I startedpreferring the long poem formatthat sits on a conversational tone. It's a multi-vocal way ofwriting or telling storiesin a less authoritative way,a kinda voice democracy inthe poem. If we let go beyondrational thought - or even the ideathat rational thought is areflection of reality - thenanything can happen."joy has no generation gapsnor silences in betweenlike broken denture. No owls'bleak eyes blinkingwhen the question in the airstings in the eyea grip, the clasp of handsis so strongwe're stitching the lesion to the rockno empty klevazno one had becomehidden schisms, victims or slow songssimpering like a basketunder a leaking tap
