Harold's Midnight Adventure

0 - Default Title
Description
In 1994 Mark Kater graduated from the Emerson College's School of Storytelling at Forrest Row, England. He has been working as a professional storyteller since. After one performance, the North Park Village Nature in Chicago, declared him to be their resident storyteller. While in that roll, 1995-2021, Mark performed at festivals, taught classes for children and adults, started a storytelling guild and created a yearly Tellabration. This was part of a worldwide Tellabration event held yearly on the weekend before Thanksgiving. Tellers around the world would gather to raise the awareness of storytelling as an art form. During the summer he led Storytelling walk-abouts and fall around campfires.
Mark spun his ever changing "Stories from Around the World" program in school auditoriums and led storytelling residencies. He's told in libraries, at festivals, bookstores, birthday parties and hospitals, even after yoga classes he's taught.
Currently Mark is writing and recording these stories so he can reach a wider audience.
