This new Ars Produktion recording combines Vivaldis Italian seasonal tempests with Piazzollas passionate rhythms. Making the connection here is Leonid Desyatnikov, who created the arrangement of Piazzollas Seasons into which some of Vivaldis melodies have been inserted. Vienna-based violinist Yuri Revich was the Intl Classical Music Artist Young Artist of the Year and Beethoven Center, Vienna Young Musician of the Year for 2014.
