Description
A complex task on the way to an inclusive education system is to utilise the diversity and otherness as resources and to make the individual (learning) needs the starting point of a differentiated vocational training in order to allow all (young) people the same access to vocational education. Following an introduction in fundamental issues from the viewpoint of professional, social and special needs pedagogy, the articles illuminate existing exclusion risks and discuss inclusion strategies, which differentiate the structures with a view to inclusive vocational training.
