Jackie Chan's trademark blend of slapstick comedy and martial arts action gets another airing in this adventure based on a Japanese manga series. Womanising crime-fighter Ry Seaba (Chan) is assigned to track down a Japanese heiress and his investigations lead him to a sea-bound ocean liner.
