What attitudes do Protestant pastors and religious education teachers have towards inclusion and what significance do these attitudes have for the implementation of inclusion processes? Inclusion, as a practical-theological cross-sectional topic, connects both professional groups, especially through religious education. Individual attitudes play an important role in the design of inclusive practice, especially in correlation with structural conditions. A central result is that theological motifs represent a largely unused resource for both professional groups, which can be useful for reflecting on challenging situations in the context of inclusion.
