James M. Violon, born June 6, 1990, in Valencia City, Bukidnon, Philippines, is a distinguished academic and legal professional. He graduated cum laude with a BA in Political Science from Central Mindanao University in 2012 and earned a Master in History degree from Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology in 2016.
