But the farm has other plans. The trio's light-hearted banter and scepticism unravel as they discover the farm's blood-soaked history: a family devastated by disease, a young woman brutally murdered, and whispers of restless spirits haunting its halls. As they dig deeper, strange noises, chilling cold spots, and a growing sense of dread force them to confront the possibility that the haunting might be all too real. Tensions flare as Amy's latent psychic abilities surface, JJ struggles to keep his fear in check, and Ed's ambition blinds him to the danger closing in. The farm seems alive with malice, its tragic past bleeding into the present. With moments of humour, terror, and creeping dread, The Haunting of Blackthorne Farm explores themes of guilt, ambition, and the lingering impact of history. A ghost story with a modern twist, it challenges its, characters and audience, to ask: What happens when we stop being able to tell the living from the dead?
