Description
This third book depicts the clash between Rufus the long-established lifeboat and the newcomer, an inshore lifeboat called Izzy. Rufus is an independent character and feels his place is being usurped by this upstart and, to make matters worse, no one told him she was coming. As the tale unfolds through a dramatic rescue, he gradually comes to terms with the fact that Izzy has skills which he doesn't and learns an important lesson in teamwork!
