Diagnosed with an HbA1c level of 13.2%, Susan turned to God, her Healer, and the Lord reversed Type 2 diabetes in a few months-without the use of medication. Since God must do what He says He will do, Susan decided to speak the promises found in the Bible over her health. Early on, Susan discovered that even when she did not eat, her glucose levels were still high. As she pondered this, a verse from the Bible came to mind: "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2).Susan concluded that what happened in her soul had physical consequences, affecting the glucose levels in her blood. In fact, as triune beings, our spiritual, emotional (mind and soul), and physical health are closely interwoven. What happens in one area creates consequences in the other areas. So, in order for true healing to occur, the soul, body, and spirit must all be whole.
