This book will help you to take the time necessary to really focus on you. It will ask very imposing questions. It will help to identify and pull those weaknesses out of their hiding places deep within your soul. This book will give you some insight into why you need to make changes and also give you some structured suggestions that will hopefully give you the strength required to become a better, happier human being. It took me a long time to realize I need fixing, even longer to realize nobody else can fix me. I came to the realization I couldn't fix someone else. It was a big day-or many days-for me. I'll explain those days in this book because they changed my life and enabled me to begin to fix myself.The primary reason I decided to write the book is because I thought possibly my learnings will help you decide earlier in your life to make better decisions. Life confronts us with a tremendous number of decisions, and my hope is that my book will help you realize that you have areas that need fixing. Maybe not a lot of fixing, but we all have flaws and faults that we know about. Only you can change you.
