The title is obviously just an affectionate nod to the record that opened everything for The Blues Band The tracks on this album are mostly demos of songs Gary has written with The Blues Band in mind. Some have been recorded by the band in a similar style to the demo, some have been radically reworked, one has been recorded but, to date, never released and a couple never made the cut, because they were probably inappropriate for the band in the first place. In addition there are some brand new songs in simple guitar and vocal style, which Gary hopes the Band will select for the next Blues Band studio album.
