‘Halcyon’ is the follow-up to Ellie Goulding’s hugely successful debut album ‘Lights’ which was released in 2010 and has gone on to sell one and a half million copies and generate five million single sales worldwide. The Hereford-born singer songwriter first came to prominence when she topped the BBC Sound of 2010 Poll and was simultaneously awarded the Brits Critics Choice Award. She is the only artist other than Adele to have received both accolades. All the tracks on ‘Halcyon’ were written and co-produced by Ellie Goulding and the majority were recorded in a converted barn in Ellie Goulding’s hometown in the Hay Valley with producer Jim Elliot (Kylie/Ladyhawke).Ellie's first single from Halcyon 'Anything Could Happen' is already charting in the NZTop40. The NZ version of Halcyon also contains Ellie's huge smash hit single 'Lights'.
