Globalization, Demystifying an Abiguous Concept & a Complex Reality

Globalization, Demystifying an Abiguous Concept & a Complex Reality

0 - Default Title
Description
From a simple generic term to a scientifically founded concept, the path to both conceptual and paradigmatic maturity is emerging. Globalization, glocalization", along with other words and expressions, characterize a truly unprecedented context, especially after the health crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the effects of climate change (CC), which are currently being felt at all levels. A situation driven by a sort of "extraordinary marriage" between Western ultra-liberalism and Asian new communism, challenging the entire world. Despite the countless publications relating to it, globalization remains a sort of "black box" or "Spanish inn." At a superficial and descriptive level, the facts are the subject of a sort of consensus. In contrast, truly understanding the meaning and basis of these facts remains an arduous task. The most contradictory theses circulate. From extreme homogenization, with solemn declarations of ends everywhere (end of history, end of the nation-state, end of space) and utopian discourses (global village, global firm that knows no borders), we are immediately faced with crumbling and approaches advocating specificities and particularisms.
