The yearbook of the Lübeck City Heritage Preservation Authorities contains an editorial, an annual report, a report on the "Open Monument Day", a report on the list of monuments in the Hanseatic City of Lübeck, 14 papers and a concluding experience report of the year. The articles deal with the creation and development of the specialist library of the Department of Monument Preservation, with the question of how building research makes houses speak, with the architecture of the reconstruction phase after the Second World War, the artistically landscaped ramparts, the Semiramis orchard, the maintenance of the fortified but not insensitive walls at the Castle Gate, and the district and local courts. Other topics include the restoration of the sandstone steps of Villa Brahms, the Julius Leber School, the Mühlentorbrücke restoration project, the star chamber of the Klosterhof primary school, the renovation of the towers of the 850-year-old Lübeck Cathedral, the interior renovation and design issues at St. Marys Church in Lübeck, and the replacement of the carpeting and interior renovation of St. Johns Church in Kücknitz.
