Mycorrhization of Peach Seedlings

Mycorrhization of Peach Seedlings Natural Sciences

Mycorrhization of Peach Seedlings

0 - Default Title
Description
This book aims to demonstrate that the native AMF species of a given region, which are already adapted to its soil and climate conditions, tend to confer a greater potential for response when inoculated into plants to be cultivated in that region. It also seeks to demonstrate how the anatomical and morphological relationships developed between plants during the signaling/establishment of symbiosis promote beneficial effects on plants and the environment, allowing for a reduction in production costs and dependence on inputs from outside the property. The main objective is to assist in the understanding of the mechanisms involved in the formation of the mutualistic complex between roots and AMF. In this context, the work seeks to review the issue of mycorrhization of peach rootstocks as a propagation method that can be used as an alternative to traditional seedling production methods, which have proven to be outdated and inadequate to solve the current problems of the crop, such as the replanting of old cultivation areas.
