If you buy directly or indirectly from a nursery that sells on credit or even cash on delivery you will have to pay part of the losses that come with that method of selling. For such losses must be added to the selling price. If you buy from a nursery that guarantees stock to grow, then you have to pay losses due to carelessness on the part of some planters. The chief causes of failure to grow are: exposure to drying winds or sun or to freezing temperatures when transplant ing; neglect to prune tops and roots; planting in poor soil; failure to firm the soil closely about the roots; too little or too much moisture; lack of cultivation.
