Implanté dans le 14e arrondissement de Paris, le centre-bus de la porte d'Orléans, où la RATP remise et entretient plus de deux cents véhicules, entre dans un processus de rénovation complète. Sur ce site industriel de près de deux hectares, sont développés trois projets signés par les agences Éric Lapierre Architecture, Atelier Seraji Architectes et Associés et Emmanuel Combarel Dominique Marrec architectes.
Chaque projet révèle et porte à son paroxysme les différentes potentialités de ce site. Ce livre retrace l'histoire d'une composition parisienne menée par la SEDP, société d'études et de développement patrimonial.
Three architects, a parisian plot
Located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, the Porte d'Orléans bus depot where RATP stores and maintains over two hundred vehicles is now entering a process of complete renovation. This industrial site, covering almost two hectares, is going to be the setting for three projects signed by the Éric Lapierre Architecture, Atelier Seraji Architectes and Associés and Emmanuel Combarel Dominique Marrec architectes.
Each project reveals and takes to the extreme the various potentialities offered by the site. This book traces the history of an urban Parisian development managed and coordinated by SEDP (Property Development and Study Company).
