Our democracies rely on the checks and balances of the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary branches of government. These allow too much room for politicians to manipulate information. Our governments obstruct economic co-ordination for example on Climate change. There is censorship of economic science at the Dutch Central Planning Bureau (CPB).
The solution is an Economic Supreme Court (ESC) based in science, as an Epistemic branch. European countries do not have to transfer sovereignty to Brussels but politicians have to cede power to their national ESC. When countries have their own ESCs, then these can co-ordinate in scientific manner, and they can guide their countries to a form of World Government.
A World Central Bank can create fiat world money (Cetor) that uses a carbon tax. This will reduce the role of the US dollar as the main reserve currency.
"Political science on electoral systems" appears to be no science yet but stuck in the humanities with vague definitions. The USA, UK and France appear to be only proto-democratic. What Donald Trump does is fascism. The UN Security Council can bring peace to Ukraine, putting the USA in containment.
