Dieses umfasst Strategien der Professionalisierung, Ansätze zur organisationalen Qualitätsentwicklung und zur Stärkung der Kompetenzen von Beratern. Das Buch präsentiert die wissenschaftliche Fundierung des Projekts und wertet die begleitende Erprobung aus. Die vorliegenden Ergebnisse werden in einem Anschlussprojekt weiter erprobt und erforscht.
In view of complex and at times brittle professional biographies consultancy continues to become more important. Thereby, the question relating to the quality of relevant provisions also moves to the centre of attention. The project "Offener Koordinierungsprozess Qualitätsentwicklung" (Open coordination process quality development), which is carried out in conjunction with nfb (National forum for consultancy in education, profession and employment) responds to this challenge with an integrated quality concept. This contains professionalization strategies, approaches to organisational quality development and strengthening of consultants' competences. The publication presents the scientific foundation for the project and analyses the according trial. The results on hand are further tested and researched in a related project.
