Groovehands CD titled "Any Kind Of Music" runs across all styles and rhythms. With the GroovehHands, Chris Kramer has fulfilled his dream of a stylistically completely open band for years. Finally, a CD of this "lover project" has also appeared, which with the title "Any Kind Of Music", actually says everything the listeners will expect. Chris Kramer, rather modern visionary harmonica player than bluespurist, has impressively underpinned its importance in the European music scene with this mature production. The musical world journey starts at Bossa Nova (''When You Got To Leave'', ''Sweet Bitter Kisses'') about Country (''Give Me Back My French Fries''), Swing (''Any Kind Of Music''), Polka (''Russian Breeze''), Irish Folkore (''Pride Of A Gypsie), Gypsie Swing a la Django Rein. 'LimehehehBlues'', ''Black Eyes''), Radio (''Zulu'') and flows in heart-tearing jazz balls such as ''What A Wonderful World'' and ''Don't Make My Brown Eyes Blue''. As unusually versatile as the Groovehands present themselves on "Any Kind Of Music", their cast is as unusual as they do. In addition to bandleader Chris Kramer on the harmonica and on the vocals, the Groovehands with Bernd Kullack on the violin, Jens Filser on the acoustic and electric guitars and Wolfgang Engelbertz on the double represent a pretty unique composition. In some pieces on the CD they are also discreetly supported by the Solinger Drummer & Percussionist Carsten Steffens. Supported by the relaxed grooving Wolfgang Engelbertz on the contrab and the drummer Carsten Steffens work wonderfully on the pulse of the songs, the soloists Bernd Kullak on the violin and Chris Kramer on the harmonica can torch an intoxicating party on their instruments, so you really have to ask for the thirteen pieces, why no one "Vorauf die die VorVorhas come to stage violin and harmonica in this way. The CD "Any Kind Of Music" is designed for those who are open to handmade music and fans of honest "unplugged" music.
