Siguiendo su consejo, durante cien días, Sole tratará de vencer todos sus miedos: desde subirse a una montaña rusa, hasta viajar sola a París o atravesar un bosque por la noche bajo un cielo estrellado. O besar al hombre amado. Porque, tal como decía Stella, para vencer el miedo, no hay nada como hacer exactamente lo que temes. También en el amor. These are the words that Sole finds in a letter her best friend Stella wrote to her before leaving for Paris, immediately after the only fight they ever had, and just a few days before she died in a terrorist attack. Devastated by her loss, Sole decides to accept the gift Stella left for her along with the card: a skydiving trip (for her, who hates flying and is afraid of heights). Following her advice, over the course of one hundred days, Sole will try to defeat all her fears: from riding a rollercoaster, to traveling by herself to Paris or walking through a forest a night under a starry sky. Or, kissing the man she loves. Because, as Stella used to say, to defeat fear there's nothing like doing exactly what it is you fear. Also true, in love.
