The results of the yses are given in tables 1 and 2 at the end of the report. Six glacial till units were identified and sam pled from the outcrop and by angering. In addition, four samples of sand and gravel and four of loessial soil were collected. Three samples of a fine-grained, pebble-free, lacustrine deposit, similar to a deposit in eastern Mchenry County, were collected from western Lake County.
