The digitization in the justice system needs to be pressed ahead with to keep up with the current requirements. The indispensible use of ICT in the Austrian judiciary over 40 years has been recognized well beyond the national borders. The Austrian judicial system acts as a reliable partner for projects and actively contributes to the shaping of the European e-Justice.
