The vision for Moments of Refreshing was birthed in the year 2020-a time when the world was gripped by uncertainty, fear, and isolation. During the global pandemic, God placed it on my heart to create a space where people could gather for spiritual renewal and hope. Out of that divine prompting, a weekly prayer call known as "The Refreshing" was born. Every Wednesday morning at 7 AM, believers from various places would connect to pray, reflect, and be strengthened by the Word of God. Those sacred moments became wells of living water in a dry and weary season.
From those early mornings of prayer and connection, the Lord impressed upon me the importance of continuing this assignment beyond the call. Thus, Moments of Refreshing was created-a daily devotional designed to refresh both your mind and spirit. Each devotion is written to offer encouragement, insight, and inspiration for your journey.
In addition to reading, you will find reflective questions after each devotion. These are intentional moments for you to pause, ponder, and personally apply what you've read. It's in these quiet reflections that transformation takes root and true refreshing occurs.
My prayer is that as you journey through these pages, you will experience renewal in every area of your life. May each devotion draw you closer to God, rekindle your faith, and remind you that even in life's driest seasons-God always provides moments of refreshing.
