Ein Baustein f¿r die erfolgreiche Energiewende hin zu erneuerbaren Technologien ist die Photovoltaik. Eine L¿sung f¿r eine einfache Prozessierung in D¿nnschichttechnologie liefern Solarzellen, die aus organischem Metallhalogenid-Perowskit Methylammoniumbleiiodid gefertigt werden. Da Stabilit¿- und Umweltprobleme bei diesem Materialsystem bislang ungel¿st sind, besch¿igt sich diese Arbeit mit stabilen, bleifreien Metalloxiden f¿r D¿nnschichtsolarzellen. Photovoltaics is essential for the conversion of energy production towards renewable energies. One solution for simple processing in thin-film technology is provided by solar cells made from organic metal halide perovskite methylammonium lead iodide. Since stability and environmental issues with this material system have not yet been solved this work deals with stable, lead-free metal oxides for thin film solar cells.
