Der von Paul Epworth (Silent Alarm) und Jacknife Lee (A Weekend in the City) produzierte Longplayer wurde in Kent und London aufgenommen und von Alan Moulder abgemischt. Einige der elf Songs zeigen Bloc Party von ihrer experimentellsten Seite, während andere nahtlos an klassische Bloc Party-Nummern wie Helicopter , Banquet und So Here We Are anknüpfen. Darunter auch die brandneue Single "Talons". Und noch eine gute Nachricht für Fans: Bloc Party werden im 1. Quartal 2009 für fünf Daten nach Deutschland auf Tour kommen.
